Configs and setups currently for each file type

Configs:
        project_root = the location on the file system for projects
        keybinds = Custom keybinds for each file type

Templates:
        projects:
                run = creates project
        files:
                run = creates file
        extras:
                run = creates auxiliary files for specific languages like c

Languages:
        file type:
                setup = loads on filetype and loads functions
                Run = builds if needed then executes the main file

Use a polydevrc.json or something named like that but in json for user specific
settings per project like changing where the executable for a project is like
how I have been doing manually in CMAKE for c projects to test
